1,000 Days and the U.S. Breastfeeding Committee distributed an open letter to Congress highlighting the new research and the critical need for strong policies to leverage the value of breastfeeding. The letter was sent to all Senator and Representative offices and urges policymakers to take action to strengthen infant nutrition security on Thursday, February 9.
