Model Legislation for State Paid Family and Medical Leave Programs
A Better Balance and the National Partnership for Women & Families published an updated Model State Paid Family and Medical Leave Statute. The model bill incorporates best practices from years of implementation of comprehensive paid family and medical leave insurance programs throughout the country.
